When a plurality of sets of wheel supports are installed on the bearing body, only a plurality of hexagonal grooves need to be designed for clamping, the design requirement is simple, and if one set of wheel supports is damaged, a new device is directly replaced for clamping. The effects of universality, rapid replacement and convenient operation are achieved, and the problems that most of existing search and rescue robots cannot achieve omni-directional traveling, and meanwhile the bearing capacity cannot be improved through combination are solved.
本发明公开了一种用于救援机器人的全向车轮装置,通过第一横板、第二横板和竖板将轮架的形状控制在正多边形,同时分割为多个容置空间,每一容置空间对应一个包括全向轮的驱动部,由全向轮来实现全向行使;同时在轮架的外沿上设置了连接件,通过连接件可将多个轮架连接在一起,从而组成更大的移动承载装置,可实现更大的支撑,获得更大的承载能力。多整套车轮支架安装于承载体上时,只需要设计多个六边形凹槽卡住即可,设计要求简单基础,如果有其中一套车轮支架损坏,直接更换新的装置卡住即可。实现通用性、快速更换、操作方便的效果,解决了现有的搜救机器人大多无法实现全向行使,同时无法通过组合来提高承载能力的问题。
