The preparation method is a spraying method, and after an ethanol solution of polytetrafluoroethylene and carbon black is sprayed on the carbon paper in a spraying manner, the thickness of the carbon paper is controlled to be 240 microns in a rolling manner. Compared with a commercial gas diffusion layer on the market at present, the anode self-humidifying gas diffusion layer has the advantages of higher power, lower impedance and high hydrophobicity under the condition of low humidity, and can generate a synergistic effect with the cathode gas diffusion layer under the condition of high humidity, so that better water management capability can be realized, the problem that the performance of the cell is reduced due to a water logging phenomenon under a high-humidity condition is effectively solved, and the method has a great application prospect in the field of hydrogen fuel cells in the future.

    本发明公开了一种阳极自增湿气体扩散层,属于燃料电池技术领域。所述的阳极自增湿气体扩散层为梯度化阳极自增湿气体扩散层,共两层微孔层,其配比由碳纸侧至催化剂层侧,聚四氟乙烯与碳黑的比例为3:7与1:9。其制备方法为喷涂法,通过喷涂的方式将聚四氟乙烯与碳黑的乙醇溶液喷涂至碳纸上后,使用辊压的方式,将其厚度控制在240μm。本发明的阳极自增湿气体扩散层相较于目前市面上商业气体扩散层相比,在低湿度情况下,有着更高功率,更低阻抗,高疏水性的优点,并且在高湿度条件下能够与阴极气体扩散层产生协同作用,能够实现更好的水管理能力,有效解决高湿度条件下电池因水淹现象导致性能下降的问题,在未来氢燃料电池领域有很大的应用前景。
