The attached support comprises a support body and two anti-overturning mechanisms arranged on the two sides of the support body correspondingly, wherein each anti-overturning mechanism comprises a rotary driving mechanism and two swing arms, wherein each swing arm is hinged to the support body and can rotate on the vertical plane with the hinged position as the fulcrum, one end of each swing arm is provided with a hook part used for hooking a guide rail, the two swing arms are connected to the output end of the rotary driving mechanism, and the rotary driving mechanism can drive the two swing arms to rotate at the same time so that the hook parts on the two swing arms can generate displacement in the direction away from or close to the wall face. When the wall face is relatively concave, the rotary driving mechanisms drive the two swing arms to rotate at the same time so that the hook parts can generate displacement in the direction away from the wall face, and interference between the hook parts and the guide rails is avoided; and when the wall face is relatively convex, the rotary driving mechanisms drive the two swing arms to rotate at the same time so that the hook parts can generate displacement in the direction close to the wall face, and the hook parts are attached to the guide rails.
