The invention belongs to the technical field of electric vehicle charging payment, and discloses an electric vehicle charging payment system, which comprises a timing module, an identification module, a close-range encryption sensing module, a settlement module and a control module. The timing module is used for calculating the charging duration; the identification module is used for recording vehicle information; the close-range encryption sensing module is used for sensing whether the identification module approaches or not and reading the vehicle information recorded by the identification module; the settlement module is used for calculating charging fees and executing fee deduction operation; and the control module is used for controlling the settlement module to automatically execute fee deduction operation when the close-range encryption sensing module cannot sense the identification module. The electric vehicle charging payment system provided by the invention is composed of the timing module, the identification module, the close-range encryption sensing module, the settlement module and the control module, so that the charging payment process of the electric vehicle in the charging station is relatively convenient, and the user and the merchant do not need to carry out settlement and fee deduction operation in the charging payment process.
