The invention relates to a suspension control method and system, a vehicle and a storage medium. The suspension control method comprises the following steps: obtaining a road surface image in the driving direction; identifying a variation type corresponding to the pavement flatness variation according to the pavement image; generating a control signal according to the identified variation type to adjust suspension parameters; detecting road surface feature information corresponding to the variation type by using a sensor coupled to a suspension; and generating a correction signal based on the road surface feature information to correct the control signal. According to the suspension control method, the pavement flatness variation can be accurately recognized, and the suspension damping parameter is set according to the recognition result.
