According to the intelligent manufacturing driving recording device capable of rotating by using the centrifugal force, a sliding part is deviated due to inertia when a vehicle body turns, an L-shaped guide rod is driven by mechanisms such as an abutting rod and an abutting column, so that an adjusting toothed plate drives a toothed column; and finally, a video recording mechanism deflects in the turning direction in advance, so that the situation that a video blind area exists during steering of the vehicle body is effectively avoided.
