The invention provides an engine suspension. The engine suspension comprises an upper mounting plate and a lower mounting plate, an elastic body is bonded between the upper mounting plate and the lower mounting plate, and the upper mounting plate is made of multiple layers of composite materials; a mounting through hole is formed in the upper mounting plate, the inner wall of the mounting through hole is coated with a threaded sleeve, and a connecting part is mounted in the threaded sleeve and used for connecting the upper mounting plate to an engine. The composite materials are used as frameworks of the upper mounting plate and the lower mounting plate, on the premise that the rigidity of the whole suspension structure is guaranteed, the product weight is greatly reduced, the lightweight degree is high, and the reliability is high. According to the engine suspension, the mounting through hole of the upper mounting plate is wrapped by the metal threaded sleeve, the technical defects that the composite materials are directly connected through bolts, abrasion is prone to being generated in the using process, even the bolts slip, and consequently the whole suspension loses efficacy are overcome, and the engine suspension is convenient to maintain, economical and applicable.
本发明提供了一种发动机悬置,包括上安装板和下安装板,所述上安装板和所述下安装板之间粘接有弹性体,所述上安装板采用多层复合材料制成;所述上安装板上开设有一安装通孔,所述安装通孔内壁包覆有螺纹套,所述螺纹套内安装有一连接件,用于将所述上安装板连接至发动机。本发明使用复合材料作为上安装板和下安装板的骨架,保证了整个悬置结构的刚度的前提下,大大减轻了产品重量,轻量化程度高,可靠性强。所述发动机悬置采用金属螺纹套将上安装板的安装通孔包裹起来,解决了复合材料直接通过螺栓连接,使用时容易产生磨损,甚至螺栓产生滑丝,致使整个悬置失效的技术弊端,方便维护,经济适用。
