The invention discloses an aircraft skin connecting assembly. The aircraft skin connecting assembly comprises a bolt which comprises a bolt body with external threads and a bolt end located at the end part of the bolt body; and a fixing nut provided with a front end part, a rear end part and a plurality of elastic parts extending between the front end part and the rear end part, wherein the rear end part is provided with internal threads matched with the bolt body. After the bolt penetrates through one side of an aircraft skin and is matched with the fixing nut on the other side of the aircraft skin, the rear end part of the fixing nut can move in the axial direction by rotating the bolt, and therefore the elastic parts deform to press the aircraft skin. The inner sides of the elastic parts of the fixing nut are provided with supporting rods which axially extend and are fixed to the front end part and contacts which are fixed to the rear end part, and when the elastic parts tightly press the aircraft skin, the supporting rods and the contacts are matched to form a supporting structure. According to the aircraft skin connecting assembly, the structural strength of the aircraft skin connecting assembly can be improved, and the large-load using requirement is met.
