The invention discloses a steer-by-wire road feeling feedback device which is characterized in that an output shaft of a motor assembly component enters a shell from the left side wall or the right side wall of the shell, is connected with an output shaft component through a belt transmission piece in the shell and is used for outputting road feeling feedback force; an output shaft assembly penetrates through the shell and is fixed in the shell, and the output shaft assembly is used for connecting the output and steering input of the steering-control road feeling feedback device; a pressing block assembly is located in a mounting hole in an inner circular wall of the shell and can make contact with the output shaft assembly; an adjusting assembly is fixed in a mounting hole in the inner circular wall of the shell, and the rotating friction torque of the output shaft assembly is adjusted by adjusting the position of the pressing block assembly; and a sensor assembly is installed on the output shaft assembly and located in the shell. According to the invention, development difficulty and the manufacturing cost of a new product can be reduced, transmission friction loss can be reduced, the transmission efficiency can be improved, tooth surface friction and tooth surface adhesion can be avoided, the production line assembly efficiency can be improved, and the simulation hand feeling of the drive-by-wire circuit feeling feedback device can be improved.
本发明公开了一种线控转向路感反馈器,包括:电机总成组件输出轴自壳体左侧壁或右侧壁进入壳体,并在壳体内通过皮带传动件连接输出轴组件,其用于输出路感反馈力;输出轴组件穿过壳体且被固定于壳体中,其连接线控转向路感反馈器输出和转向输入;压块组件位于壳体内圆壁上的安装孔中,其能与输出轴组件形成接触;调节组件固定在壳体内圆壁上的安装孔中,其通过调节压块组件位置进而调节输出轴组件的旋转摩擦扭矩;传感器组件安装在输出轴组件上,且位于壳体中。本发明能降低新产品的开发难度及制造成本,能降低传动摩擦损失,提高传动效率,能避免发生构齿面摩擦和齿面粘附,能提升产线装配效率,能提升线控路感反馈器模拟手感。
