The invention discloses a rubber buffer device and relates to the field of automobiles. The rubber buffer device comprises a rubber pad, an iron core and a gasket, wherein the rubber pad is pressed into a bracket hole by compressing the rubber pad due to compression deformability of rubber, the iron core and the gasket are assembled after the rubber pad is assembled, and finally the iron gasket is riveted on the iron core. The bolt, the gasket, the iron core and the vehicle body are all connected through iron pieces, the direct iron piece and iron piece connection between the bracket and the vehicle body is completely isolated through the rubber gasket, and therefore vibration excitation generated by an engine is isolated. In order to quickly release the energy transmitted by the engine after the rubber pad absorbs the energy, the diameter phi D1 of the outer circle of the iron core is smaller than the diameter phi D2 of the outer circle of the rubber pad, energy of the rubber pad can be quickly released through the fact that the rubber pad is not in contact with the iron core, and the effect of absorbing vibration and noise is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种橡胶缓冲装置,涉及汽车领域,包括橡胶垫、铁芯及垫片,采用橡胶的压缩可变形性,通过压缩橡胶垫压入托架孔内,铁芯和垫片是在装配好橡胶垫后,装配上铁芯,最后把铁质的垫片铆接在铁芯上。本发明螺栓、垫片、铁芯、车身都是铁件与铁件连接,橡胶垫完全隔绝了托架与车身的直接的铁件与铁件连接,以此隔绝发动机产生的振动激励。为了解决橡胶垫吸收发动机传递过来的能量后进行快速的释放,铁芯的外圆直径ΦD1比橡胶垫的外圆直径ΦD2小,通过橡胶垫没有与铁芯接触部分,就能快速释放橡胶垫的能量,起到吸收振动和噪声的作用。
