    The invention provides a control method of a vehicle-mounted bidirectional charger and the vehicle-mounted bidirectional charger. The current trend in the bidirectional DC/DC converter is controlled according to the working mode indicated by the charging and discharging instruction, and the current trend in the bidirectional AC/DC converter is controlled according to the voltage sampling value of the bus and the reference voltage of the bus, so that the current trend in the bidirectional AC/DC converter and the current trend in the bidirectional DC/DC converter are smoothly switched, and the switching process of different algorithms is cancelled; and the impact on the power grid during traditional charging and discharging inversion can be reduced, and the safety of the power grid is improved.
