The invention discloses a supercritical carbon dioxide micro-channel heat exchange experiment system. The supercritical carbon dioxide micro-channel heat exchange experiment system comprises a carbon dioxide supply system for providing a supercritical carbon dioxide working medium and a carbon dioxide working medium circulation test system, wherein the carbon dioxide working medium circulation test system comprises a mass flow meter, a preheater, a vertical micro-channel heat exchange experiment section, a horizontal micro-channel heat exchange experiment section and the like, and the experiment sections are heated by adopting a plurality of distributed heating units, so that different wall surface heat flow conditions can be simulated. Aiming at the characteristic that supercritical carbon dioxide flow heat transfer is non-uniformly heated in a thermal protection structure of a hypersonic flight vehicle and the application requirement, acomplete supercritical carbon dioxide micro-channel heat exchange experiment system capable of selecting horizontal flow or vertical flow and different flow directions and providing non-uniform heat flow wall surface conditions is designed.

    本发明公开了一种超临界二氧化碳微通道换热实验系统,该超临界二氧化碳微通道换热实验系统包括用于提供超临界二氧化碳工质的二氧化碳供气系统和二氧化碳工质循环测试系统;其中二氧化碳工质循环测试系统包括质量流量计、预热器、竖直微通道换热实验段、水平微通道换热实验段等,实验段采用多个分布的加热单元进行加热,从而可以模拟不同壁面热流条件。本发明针对超临界二氧化碳流动传热在高超声速飞行器热防护结构中被非均匀加热的特点及应用需求,设计了一套完整的,可选择水平流动,或竖直流动且可选择不同流向,同时能够提供非均匀热流壁面条件的超临界二氧化碳微通道换热实验系统。
