The invention relates to an ozone disinfection ship and a manufacturing method thereof. The ozone disinfection ship comprises a hull, a main control device, and a disinfection mechanism, a driving mechanism and a sensor assembly which are connected to the main control device, wherein the driving mechanism is used for driving the hull; the disinfection mechanism comprises an ozone generating device, a manifold and air stones, the ozone generating device communicates with the manifold, the manifold detachably communicates with a plurality of branch disinfection pipes, and the air stones are arranged at the tail ends of the branch disinfection pipes; the sensor assembly detects the water depth and water quality of a to-be-disinfected area; and the main control device is configured to trigger the disinfection mechanism to disinfect and trigger the driving mechanism to adjust the movement speed of the hull based on a detection result of the sensor assembly. The disinfection ship is fast in disinfection, free of pollution and low in cost, and is used for disinfection of aquatic culture fish ponds, shrimp ponds, river channels, reservoirs and large-scale water activities.
