The invention discloses a wireless pulse ranging collision avoidance system for a crane. The wireless pulse ranging collision avoidance system comprises the following systems: 1, a signal acquisition system; 2, an operation control system; 3, a wireless transmission system; 4, an execution system; and 5, an alarm display system. According to the wireless pulse ranging collision avoidance system, the signal acquisition system, the operation control system and the wireless transmission system are matched for use, so that a worker can install the wireless pulse ranging base station on a plurality of cranes in the same workshop, and the wireless base station in the area can receive and calculate the position information of other base stations as long as the wireless base station in the area is not blocked; and the actual position of each crane in the area can be calculated through the operation system, so that the purposes of positioning and collision prevention are achieved, the situation that a particularly complex acquisition module is needed to achieve the distance measurement effect is avoided, and the system can have the spatial three-dimensional property through the matched use of the operation control system and the execution system; and networking distance measurement can be carried out in the same area, so that the system has relatively high applicability.

    本发明公开了一种起重机无线脉冲测距防撞系统,包括以下所述系统:一、信号采集系统;二、运算控制系统;三、无线传输系统;四、执行系统;五、报警显示系统。本发明信号采集系统、运算控制系统和无线传输系统的搭配使用,工作人员可将无线脉冲测距基站安装在同一车间内的多台起重机上,只要没有阻挡本区域内的无线基站均可以接收并计算到其他基站的位置信息,并且可以通过运算系统计算出本区域内各个起重机的实际位置,从而达到定位和防撞的目的,避免了需要特别复杂的采集模块来达到测距效果,通过运算控制系统和执行系统的搭配使用,可使得本系统具有空间立体性,并且可以在同一区域内进行组网测距,进而使得本系统具有较强的适用性。
