The invention provides a method for determining a hoisting scheme for a rhombic liquid tank. The method comprises the following steps that S1, the weight, the gravity center, the size and the structural form of the rhombic liquid tank are acquired; S2, a proper gantry crane is selected; S3, a hoisting scheme is determined; S4, a finite element model in hoisting of the rhombic liquid tank is established; S5, hoisting finite element calculation is conducted to acquire the stress and deformation conditions of the rhombic liquid tank; and S6, whether the stress and deformation conditions of the rhombic liquid tank meet requirements or not is checked, if yes, a final hoisting scheme is determined, and if not, the hoisting scheme is optimized according to the obtained stress distribution and deformation conditions, and finite element analysis calculation and check are conducted on the optimized hoisting scheme again until the stress distribution and deformation conditions meet the requirements. According to the method, hoisting simulation calculation is conducted before engineering actual hoisting, and the hoisting scheme is continuously optimized, so that the stress and deformation in hoisting meet the requirements, theoretical support is provided for liquid tank hoisting in actual engineering, and the safety of engineering actual hoisting is ensured.
本发明提供一种菱形液罐吊装方案的确定方法,包括以下步骤:S1、获取菱形液罐的重量、重心、尺寸和结构形式;S2、选取合适的龙门吊;S3、确定吊装方案;S4、建立菱形液罐吊装时的有限元模型;S5、进行吊装有限元计算,获取菱形液罐的应力及变形情况;S6、核准菱形液罐的应力及变形情况是否符合要求,若符合要求,确定最终的吊装方案;若不符合要求,根据获得的应力分布及变形情况,优化吊装方案,并对优化后的吊装方案重新进行有限元分析计算、核准,直至其符合要求;本发明通过在工程实际吊装前进行吊装的模拟计算,并不断优化吊装方案,使得吊装时的应力及变形符合要求,为实际工程中的液罐吊装提供理论支撑,保证了工程实际吊装的安全性。
