The invention relates to an ultra-light multifunctional space module connecting mechanism and an application method.The space module connecting mechanism comprises a driving connecting mechanism and a driven part, a plurality of locking claw mechanisms are evenly arranged on the driving connecting mechanism, and a plurality of locking handles corresponding to the locking claw mechanisms in position are arranged on the driven part; the locking claw mechanisms are respectively used for capturing the locking handles at the corresponding positions; a driving part comprises an active driving mechanism, the active driving mechanism is connected with a sliding lead screw through a gear, the sliding lead screw is connected with a connecting rod, and the connecting rod is connected with the locking claw mechanisms. According to the connecting mechanism, locking is carried out during forward driving of the active driving mechanism, unlocking is carried out during reverse driving of the active driving mechanism, the functions of capturing, accurate positioning, circuit connection and the like of the two aircrafts are achieved. Finally, the functions of connection maintaining and repeated connection between modules are achieved. The beneficial effects of compact structure, light weight, adjustable locking force, multi-channel communication, repeated work and the like are achieved.

    本发明涉及一种超轻型多功能空间模块连接机构及应用方法,所述空间模块连接机构包括主动连接机构及被动件,主动连接机构上均匀设有若干个锁爪机构,被动件上设有与若干套锁爪机构的位置相对应的若干个锁柄,锁爪机构分别用于捕获对应位置的锁柄;主动件包括主动驱动机构,主动驱动机构通过齿轮与滑动丝杠相连,滑动丝杠与连杆相连,连杆与锁爪机构相连。该连接机构通过主动驱动机构正向驱动时进行锁紧反向驱动时解锁,实现了两飞行器的捕获、精确定位、电路连接等功能,最终实现模块与模块之间的连接保持及多次连接功能,取得了结构紧凑、质量轻、锁紧力可调、多路通信、可多次重复工作等有益效果。
