According to an AMT maintenance system and method based on a pure electric commercial vehicle, the traveled distance information of the vehicle, the production time of the vehicle and the liquid level information of lubricating oil in a gearbox are obtained, the liquid level information and the traveled distance information are compared with preset values, a first maintenance signal or/and lubricating oil maintenance information are output according to the comparison result, then different levels of alarm signals are output according to the mileage, and the output power of the vehicle is controlled according to the different levels of alarm signals. According to the method, the AMT maintenance information of the pure electric commercial vehicle is correctly and effectively transmitted to the user, the user is prompted to maintain the AMT in time under the condition of time buffering, the unnecessary economic loss of a client caused by protection missing is avoided, and meanwhile the failure rate of the AMT transmission is reduced.

    本发明公开的一种基于纯电动商用车的AMT变速器保养系统及方法,获取车辆的行驶里程信息、车辆的生产时间和变速箱中润滑油的液位信息,将液位信息和行驶里程信息分别与设定值比较,根据比较结果输出首次保养信号或/和润滑油保养信息,然后根据里程输出不同级别的报警信号,并根据不同级别的报警信号控制车辆的输出功率;该方正确有效的将纯电动商用车的AMT变速器保养信息传递给用户,提示并给与用户时间缓冲的情况下及时对AMT变速器进行保养,此方法避免因漏保导致的客户不必要经济损失,同时也减少了AMT变速器的故障率。
