The problem that an existing lead-acid battery is generally not provided with a fixing structure can be solved, and the insulating sheet is additionally arranged to prevent short circuit; and a plurality of battery cells can form a module through the metal connecting conductors, so that the the module is convenient to assemble and use.
本发明公开了一种叉车电池模组,包括均匀排布的多个电芯(6),在电芯上部设有正极连接柱和负极连接柱,在电芯的两侧对称设有左侧板(1)和右侧板(2)、前后两端对称设有前板(3)和后板(4)、上方设有盖板(11)和金属连接导体(5),在金属连接导体与正极连接柱和负极连接柱之间设有塑胶支架(13),在电芯的四周设有绝缘片(7),绝缘片位于电芯和左侧板、右侧板、前板以及后板两两之间,在前板和后板上设有电极固定架(12),金属连接导体和电极固定架固定连接。本发明可以解决现有铅酸电池普遍没有固定结构的问题,且增加设有绝缘片,防止短路;通过金属连接导体,可以使得多个电芯成为一个模组,方便组装使用。
