The invention discloses a forklift battery module, which comprises a plurality of uniformly arranged battery cells (6), a positive electrode connecting column and a negative electrode connecting column are arranged on the upper part of the battery cells, a left side plate (1) and a right side plate (2) are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the battery cells, a front plate (3) and a rear plate (4) symmetrically are arranged at the front and rear ends, and a cover plate (11) and a metal connecting conductor (5) are arranged on the upper part of the battery cells, a plastic support (13) is arranged between the metal connecting conductor and the positive electrode connecting column and between the metal connecting conductor and the negative electrode connecting column, insulating sheets (7) are arranged on the peripheries of the battery cells and located between the battery cells and the left side plate, between the battery cells and the right side plate, between the battery cells and the front plate and between the battery cells and the rear plate, electrode fixing frames (12) are arranged on the front plate and the rear plate, and the metal connecting conductor is fixedly connected with the electrode fixing frames. The problem that an existing lead-acid battery is generally not provided with a fixing structure can be solved, and the insulating sheet is additionally arranged to prevent short circuit; and a plurality of battery cells can form a module through the metal connecting conductors, so that the the module is convenient to assemble and use.

    本发明公开了一种叉车电池模组,包括均匀排布的多个电芯(6),在电芯上部设有正极连接柱和负极连接柱,在电芯的两侧对称设有左侧板(1)和右侧板(2)、前后两端对称设有前板(3)和后板(4)、上方设有盖板(11)和金属连接导体(5),在金属连接导体与正极连接柱和负极连接柱之间设有塑胶支架(13),在电芯的四周设有绝缘片(7),绝缘片位于电芯和左侧板、右侧板、前板以及后板两两之间,在前板和后板上设有电极固定架(12),金属连接导体和电极固定架固定连接。本发明可以解决现有铅酸电池普遍没有固定结构的问题,且增加设有绝缘片,防止短路;通过金属连接导体,可以使得多个电芯成为一个模组,方便组装使用。
