The invention discloses a programmable three-dimensional storage rail type stacking crane which comprises a supporting base. A walking mechanism which is matched with a rail and can adjust the distance between walking row wheels through an adjusting rod so as to adapt to the width specification of the rail is installed on the outer side of the supporting base, meanwhile, a stacking support for supporting the body is welded in the middle of the upper part of the supporting base, and a conveying mechanism used for lifting-lowering adjustment is arranged in the stacking support. According to the programmable three-dimensional storage rail type stacking crane, the height of a stacking mechanism is adjusted through a conveying mechanism, the service life is prolonged, cargoes can be stably clamped, shaking is avoided when the cargoes are carried and moved, the safety of the cargoes is guaranteed, the jacking collision warning function is achieved, when the jacking collision situation occurs, stopping is conducted in time, economic loss caused by cargo collision is prevented, the position and the size of the walking mechanism can be adjusted according to rails of different models, and the flexibility is high.

    本发明公开了一种可编程立体仓储轨道式堆垛起重机,包括:支撑底座,所述支撑底座的外侧安装有与轨道适配且能够通过调节杆对行走排轮的间距调节以适应轨道宽度规格的行走机构,同时支撑底座的上方中部焊接有用于主体支撑的堆垛支架;堆垛支架的内部设置有用于升降调节的传送机构。该可编程立体仓储轨道式堆垛起重机通过传送机构对堆垛机构的高度进行调节,延长使用寿命,且能够稳定的夹持货物,在搬运移动货物时避免晃动,保证货物的安全,且具有顶升碰撞警告功能,当出现顶升碰撞情况时及时停止,防止货物磕碰导致经济损失,并且能够根据不同型号的轨道对行走机构的位置和尺寸进行调节,灵活性强。
