According to a construction method of a fabricated wall-attached column, through actual tower crane arrangement, a wall-attached load is found on a tower crane instruction book, and if the load is a standard value, the load should be converted into a design value. Reinforcing bars of a prefabricated column are calculated according to the design value, if the number of the calculated reinforcing bars is larger than that of the reinforcing bars in an original structure diagram, reinforcing bar sleeves are symmetrically added, the reinforcing bars are inserted before concrete construction of a layer, when the prefabricated column is prefabricated, the excessive reinforcing bars in the column are closed at the joint position of the upper layer, and production of an upper layer column is not affected. Steel bars of the prefabricated column are connected with lower-layer steel bars through grouting sleeves. When the prefabricated column is produced, a pre-buried sleeve and a connecting bolt of a lug plate attached to the wall penetrate through a pre-buried hole. The steel plates are installed behind the prefabricated column. The bending moment and shearing force generated in the construction process are simulated through a calculation model, so that the size is optimized, and the construction requirement is met.

    一种装配式附墙柱的施工方法,通过实际的塔吊布置,找塔吊说明书上找到附墙的荷载,如果是标准值,应转化为设计值。通过此设计值来计算预制柱的配筋,如果计算的配筋大于原有结构图配筋的数量,则对称增加钢筋套筒,在本层混凝土施工之前插入钢筋,预制柱预制的时候,柱里面多的钢筋就在上层的接头位置收口,不影响上层柱的生产。预制柱的钢筋和下层钢筋通过注浆套筒连接。在预制柱生产的时候,预埋套管,附墙的耳板的连接螺栓穿过此预埋孔洞。预制柱后面安装钢板。通过计算模型来模拟施工过程产生的弯矩和剪力,从而优化尺寸,满足施工要求。
