An authorized technology subversively changes an existing steam ejection old-fashioned technology, and structure breaking and recombination are achieved. The novel technical mode that the telescopic cylinder is supported by the guide rail to serve as a catapulting body and is assisted by the electromagnetic rail is established, and the novel catapulting device has the advantages that precious resources of aircraft carrier steam power are continuously and effectively utilized, electromagnetic kinetic energy is combined and utilized, and the century problem that seam channels of an original slotted cylinder are not completely locked is completely solved.
