The invention relates to a control method for keeping a safe state during abnormal reset of a BMS (Battery Management System). The method comprises the following steps: before a latch obtains a new control command of a CPU, keeping an IO signal output by the latch unchanged; and starting a BMS for self-checking, and controlling the CPU to send a new control command to the latch according to the self-checking result, so that the safety state of the vehicle is further ensured. The latch communicating through an SPI can keep the output IO signal when the CPU is reset abnormally, then the state of a high-voltage loop is kept, and then the BMS enters a proper safety state through a control method after the CPU is abnormally reset, so that the BMS system does not have the problem of high voltage drop caused by the abnormal reset of the CPU in the running process of the whole vehicle, and the functional safety of the whole vehicle is ensured.
本发明涉及一种BMS异常复位时保持安全状态的控制方法,包括锁存器得到CPU新的控制命令前,保持锁存器输出的IO信号不变;启动BMS系统进行自检,并根据自检结果控制CPU发送给锁存器新的控制命令,进而进一步确保车辆的安全状态,本发明通过SPI口通信的锁存器在CPU异常复位时能保持住输出的IO信号,进而保持住高压回路的状态,然后再通过CPU异常复位后的控制方法来让BMS系统进入合适的安全状态,使BMS系统在整车行车过程中不会出现由于CPU异常复位导致的掉高压问题,保证了整车的功能安全。
