The invention discloses a reactive torque force transmission and vibration isolation device for a speed reducer and a mounting method, and relates to the technical field of mechanical transmission. The reactive torque force transmission and vibration isolation device comprises a main speed reducer casing, and is characterized by comprising a plurality of casing lugs, a machine body adapter, conical pins and vibration reduction wear-resistant rings, wherein a conical groove matched with each conical pin is formed in each casing lug, and the casing lugs and the conical pins are mounted in a conical surface centering mode; the upper portions of the conical pins are axially locked through locking nuts; outer rings of the vibration reduction wear-resisting rings are in centering fit with inner holes of the conical pins, and inner holes of the vibration reduction wear-resisting rings are in centering fit with the outer diameter of the machine body adapter; and axial vibration gaps and transverse vibration gaps are formed between the bottoms of the conical pins and the machine body adapter. Stress concentration caused by bolt holes can be effectively avoided, the service life of parts can be prolonged, and meanwhile the number of the parts is reduced. The structure is simple, the reliability is high, and the vibration reduction and isolation effects are good.

    本发明公开了一种减速器反扭矩传力隔振装置及安装方法,涉及机械传动技术领域,包括主减速器机匣,其特征在于,包括:多个机匣凸耳、机身转接座、锥形销和减振耐磨环,每个机匣凸耳内均开设有与锥形销相适配的锥形槽,机匣凸耳与锥形销采用锥面定心方式安装,锥形销上部采用锁紧螺母进行轴向锁紧,减振耐磨环外圈与锥形销内孔定心配合,减振耐磨环内孔与机身转接座外径定心配合,锥形销底部与机身转接座之间形成轴向振动间隙和横向振动间隙,可有效避免因为螺栓孔导致的应力集中,有利于提高零件寿命,同时减少了零件数量;结构简单,可靠性高,减振、隔振效果好。
