The invention discloses a high-strength elevator derrick which is formed by splicing a plurality of modules from top to bottom; each module comprises four stand columns (1), a plurality of bolt holes (2) are formed in the side walls of the lower ends of the stand columns (1), cross beams (3) are arranged between the adjacent stand columns (1), four side plates of each cross beam (3) are connected with the corresponding stand columns (1) through screws, steel sleeves (4) are arranged at the upper ends of the stand columns (1), the lower ends of the steel sleeves (4) are inserted into the stand columns (1), the lower ends of the steel sleeves (4) are connected with the stand columns (1) through screws, and a plurality of threaded holes (5) are formed in the upper portions of the steel sleeves (4); and a plurality of bolts (8) are arranged between adjacent modules, penetrate through the bolt holes (2) and then are screwed into the threaded holes (5), and the bolts (8) are lock bolts. The high-strength elevator derrick has the advantages of short manufacturing period, no environmental pollution during manufacturing, high overall structural strength, stable structural strength and low transportation cost.

    本发明公开了一种高强度电梯井架,由多个模块从上到下拼接而成;模块包括四根立柱(1),立柱(1)下端的侧壁上设有多个螺栓孔(2),相邻立柱(1)之间设有横梁(3),横梁(3)的四个侧板均与立柱(1)螺钉连接,立柱(1)的上端设有钢套(4),钢套(4)的下端插入到立柱(1)中,钢套(4)的下端与立柱(1)螺钉连接,钢套(4)的上部设有多个螺纹孔(5);相邻模块之间设有多个螺栓(8),螺栓(8)穿过螺栓孔(2)后拧入至螺纹孔(5)中,所述螺栓8为防松螺栓。本发明具有制作周期短、制作时不会造成环境污染、整体结构强度大、结构强度稳定和运输成本低的优点。
