The invention discloses a brake device of a flat energy elevator, and relates to the technical field of elevators. The brake device solves the technical problem of insufficient safety of the elevators, and comprises a control unit, and an electromagnetic rail brake mechanism, a safety brake mechanism and a speed limiter mechanism which are arranged on one side of an elevator car. The electromagnetic rail brake mechanism and the safety brake mechanism are arranged on the periphery of a vertical guide rail in a sleeving mode, the speed limiter mechanism is in contact connection with the vertical guide rail, the control unit is electrically connected with the electromagnetic rail brake mechanism and the safety brake mechanism, and the speed limiter mechanism is electrically connected with the safety brake mechanism. When an elevator works normally, the control unit controls the electromagnetic rail brake mechanism to brake normally to stop the elevator, the safety brake mechanism automatically brakes to stop the elevator when abnormal conditions such as power failure occur, if the speed of the elevator is too high, the safety brake mechanism is controlled by the speed limiter mechanism to brake so as to stop the elevator, and the elevator is high in safety.

    本发明公开了一种平能电梯刹车装置,涉及电梯技术领域,解决电梯安全性不足的技术问题,装置包括控制单元以及设于电梯轿厢一侧的电磁轨道刹车机构、保险刹车机构、限速器机构,电磁轨道刹车机构、保险刹车机构套设在竖直导轨的外围,限速器机构接触连接竖直导轨,控制单元电性连接电磁轨道刹车机构、保险刹车机构,限速器机构电性连接保险刹车机构。本发明在电梯正常工作时,通过控制单元控制电磁轨道刹车机构正常刹车实现电梯停止,当出现异常状况,如停电时保险刹车机构自动进行刹车实现电梯停止,如电梯的速度过快时,通过限速器机构控制保险刹车机构进行刹车实现电梯停止,电梯安全性高。
