The invention discloses an overwater mounting platform and a manufacturing method thereof. The overwater mounting platform comprises a single-wall corrugated pipe, a platform body and a platform support. The peripheral wall of the single-wall corrugated pipe is of a corrugated structure formed by sequentially and alternately arranging straight pipe sections and wave crest pipe sections in the axial direction, and the two ends of the single-wall corrugated pipe are both provided with end sockets in a matched mode. A plurality of connecting pieces are fixedly arranged at the top of the single-wall corrugated pipe, and the platform support is used for being connected with the connecting pieces. The single-wall corrugated pipes are distributed in rows, every two adjacent single-wall corrugated pipes are connected through the platform supports and the connecting pieces, and the platform is fixedly arranged at the tops of the platform supports. In all wave crest pipe sections on the single-wall corrugated pipe, the top and the bottom of each wave crest pipe section are arranged to be flat and straight faces. The single-wall corrugated pipes are adopted for providing buoyancy, so the sealing is safe and reliable, and continuous extrusion production of the thin-wall floating pipe can be achieved to replace an existing traditional floating box; therefore, the installation efficiency of the water installation platform is improved, and the manufacturing cost is reduced.
