The invention discloses a variable-speed shaft transmission structure of a sliding gear. The transmission structure comprises a multi-stage gear output power gear disc, a transmission assembly and a frame; the transmission assembly further comprises a first transmission gear, a first pawl disc, a second transmission gear, a second pawl disc, a movable sleeve, a transmission shaft and a guide movable block. During gear shifting and speed changing, a steel wire rope is pulled to pull a guide movable block to move front and back, so that a first transmission gear, a first pawl disc, a second transmission gear, a second pawl disc and a movable sleeve all move along with the guide movable block; when the first transmission gear and the second transmission gear move, the first transmission gear, the second transmission gear and all the gears on the multi-gear output power gear disc conduct conversion transmission, and gear shifting and speed changing are achieved. According to the design structure, speed change is fast, during gear shifting and speed change, power output is coherent, the phenomena of tooth collision and power transmission interruption are avoided, and the effects of stable power output, small abrasion, small transmission loss and easy riding are achieved.
