This electric-powered vehicle comprises a vehicle body and a battery unit detachably attached to the vehicle body. The vehicle body is equipped with a dissipation member that serves to dissipate heat from the battery unit and that is provided so as to be displaceable between a first position where the dissipation member is in contact with the battery unit and a second position where the dissipation member is separated from the battery unit.
