According to the present invention, a face information detection unit (13) detects face information about facial characteristics of a driver of a vehicle. A physical information detection unit (14) detects physical information relating to physical characteristics of the driver. A drivability degree estimation unit (15) estimates the drivability degree of the driver on the basis of the face information and the physical information. A facial expression estimation unit (16) estimates the facial expression of the driver on the basis of the face information. An emotion estimation unit (17) estimates an emotion of the driver that is represented by the degree of comfort and the degree of activity, on the basis of a change over time of the drivability degree of the driver and the facial expression of the driver.

    脸部信息检测部(13)检测与车辆的驾驶员的脸部的特征有关的脸部信息。身体信息检测部(14)检测与驾驶员的身体的特征有关的身体信息。可驾驶程度推定部(15)基于脸部信息和身体信息来推定驾驶员的可驾驶程度。表情推定部(16)基于脸部信息来推定驾驶员的表情。情绪推定部(17)基于驾驶员的可驾驶程度与驾驶员的表情的时间变化,来推定由舒适程度和活跃程度来表示的驾驶员的情绪。
