The device comprises a DI signal sampling module, a DO control module, a control module and a wireless reconnection port; one end of the DI signal sampling module is connected with an operation end of a leading locomotive, the other end of the DI signal sampling module is connected with one end of the wireless reconnection port, the other end of the wireless reconnection port is connected with one end of the control module, the other end of the control module is connected with one end of the DO control module, and the other end of the DO control module is connected with an operation end of a multi-locomotive; the DI signal sampling module is used for sending an operation signal of the leading locomotive to the control module through the wireless reconnection port; and the control module is used for copying the operation signal of the leading locomotive and sending the operation signal to the operation end of the multi-locomotive through the DO control module. By means of the mode, synchronous operation of the leading locomotive and at least one multi-locomotive can be achieved, so that a locomotive in which the leading locomotive mainly operates to be matched with the multi-locomotive and larger power is provided is formed.
