The invention discloses a high-thrust mechanism for an ejection device, an ejection system and an ejection method. The high-thrust mechanism comprises a thrust cross beam and a main body support, and a plurality of guide wheel sets for guiding the moving position of the thrust mechanism are arranged in the lower portion of the main body support; a plurality of mounting holes for fixedly mounting the thrust cross beams are formed in the upper part of the main body bracket along the vertical direction; the thrust cross beam is fixedly installed on the main body support through a connecting piece and hinged to the connecting piece, a plurality of positioning pins are arranged on the end face, where the ejection simulation load is installed, of the thrust cross beam, and the positions of the positioning pins are adjusted by swinging the thrust cross beam, so that the position of the positioning pin is aligned with a mounting hole position of the ejection simulation load, and the bottom of the main body support is provided with a fixing structure which is fixedly connected with an ejection device. The problems that a traditional ejection thrust mechanism is single in applicable working condition, poor in guiding and positioning precision of a simulated load and the like are solved.

    本发明公开了一种用于弹射装置的大推力机构、弹射系统及弹射方法,该大推力机构包括推力横梁和主体支架,所述主体支架下部设置有对推力机构移动位置进行导向的多个导向轮组,所述主体支架上部沿竖直方向设置有多个用于固定安装所述推力横梁的安装孔;其中所述推力横梁通过连接件固定安装在所述主体支架上并与所述连接件铰接连接,所述推力横梁安装弹射模拟负载的端面上设置多个定位销,通过摆动推力横梁调节所述定位销的位置,使所述定位销的位置与所述弹射模拟负载的安装孔位对准,所述主体支架底部设置有与弹射装置连接固定的固定结构。本发明解决了传统弹射推力机构适用工况单一,对模拟负载导向定位精度差等问题。
