The invention relates to an intelligent controllable-pitch propeller pitch feedback board, which is characterized in that a central control module acquires a voltage value signal of a potentiometer and a calibration value voltage signal of a fine tuning mode potentiometer from a pitch signaling device and then outputs a control signal to a current output module through an SPI bus to control the current output module to output a corresponding current; and corresponding current signals are sent to a central control box of the controllable-pitch propeller control system through the communication module, so that fine tuning of feedback current output is realized, and controllable-pitch propeller feedback potentiometer voltage calibration, screw pitch real-time feedback normal use state and potentiometer calibration value fine tuning state are realized. According to the feedback board circuit, an analog circuit is replaced by a digital circuit, screw pitch feedback signal output is more stable, and the temperature interference resistance is high; and the three potentiometers are combined with the keys, so that a one-key setting function is realized, and the original parameter setting difficulty is greatly simplified.

    本发明涉及一种智能化调距桨螺距反馈板,中心控制模块从螺距发讯器获取电位计的电压值信号以及微调模式电位计的校准值电压信号后通过SPI总线输出控制信号给电流输出模块,控制电流输出模块输出对应电流,并通过通信模块送出对应电流信号至调距桨控制系统的中心控制箱,用于实现反馈电流输出的微调、实现调距桨反馈电位计电压校准、螺距实时反馈正常使用状态和电位计校准值微调状态。本发明的反馈板电路由模拟电路替换为数字电路,螺距反馈信号输出更稳定,抗温度干扰能力强;三个电位计与按键组合方式,实现一键整定功能,极大地简化了原有的参数整定难度。
