The invention belongs to the field of underwater robots, and particularly discloses an underwater robot controllable electromagnetic load rejection module which comprises a buoyancy material, a load rejection object, an underwater electromagnet and a fixed shell; the fixed shell is installed on the robot body, the buoyancy material is fixed to the top of the robot body, the load rejection object is arranged at the bottom of the fixed shell through the underwater electromagnet, and the throwing state of the load rejection object is controlled through on-off of the circuit of the underwater electromagnet. Emergency load rejection can be carried out when the robot breaks down, and the underwater electromagnet is powered off to release the load rejection object, so that the buoyancy of the robot is increased, the robot floats to the water surface, and the economic loss is reduced; the electromagnet structure is used for releasing the load rejection object, and the advantages of being simple in structure, reliable in action and easy to use and maintain are achieved; and meanwhile, two emergency load rejection modes of active load rejection and passive load rejection of the load rejection object are provided, the load rejection module can be suitable for various types of underwater robots, and the application range of the load rejection module is expanded.

    本发明属于水下机器人领域,具体公开了一种水下机器人可控电磁抛载模块,包括浮力材、抛载物、水下电磁铁和固定壳体;所述固定壳体安装在机器人本体上,浮力材固定机器人本体顶部位置处,抛载物通过水下电磁铁设置在固定壳体底部,并通过水下电磁铁的电路通断来控制抛载物的抛载状态。本发明可在机器人出现故障时应急抛载,通过水下电磁铁断电释放抛载物,从而使机器人浮力变大,上浮至水面,减少经济损失;利用电磁铁结构来释放抛载物,具有结构简单、动作可靠、使用和维护简单的优点;同时提供抛载物主动抛载和被动抛载两种应急抛载模式,能够适用多种类型的水下机器人适用,扩大其适用范围。
