The invention discloses a coil alignment method for a wireless charging system of an electric vehicle. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, applying alternating current excitation to a receiving coil of the wireless charging system, and generating an alternating magnetic field with specific geometric characteristics in a charging area; and then detecting a magnetic field generated by a receiving coil of the wireless charging system by using the planar coil array. A charging area induced voltage distribution image is reconstructed through an interpolation algorithm according to induced voltages obtained by different coils, the direction and the position of a receiving coil are calculated in combination with geometrical characteristics of an excitation magnetic field, and corresponding information is displayed on vehicle-mounted display equipment in real time, so that a reference is provided for the coil alignment process of the wireless charging system of the electric vehicle. And a driver is guided to adjust the parking direction and position. According to the method, the alignment precision and the charging efficiency of the wireless charging system of the electric vehicle can be improved.
本发明公开了一种电动车无线充电系统线圈对位方法。该方法首先对无线充电系统接收线圈施加交流激励,在充电区域内产生具有特定几何特征的交变磁场。然后利用平面线圈阵列检测无线充电系统接收线圈产生的磁场。根据不同线圈所得感应电压通过插值算法重建充电区域感应电压分布图像,结合激励磁场的几何特征,计算接收线圈的方向与位置,并将对应信息实时显示在车载显示设备上,为电动汽车无线充电系统线圈对位过程提供参考,指导驾驶员调整泊车方向和位置。本发明将有助于提高电动汽车无线充电系统的对位精度和充电效率。
