The invention provides a vehicle brake wear state monitoring system and method. The vehicle brake wear state monitoring system comprises a chassis controller, wear sensors and a central control intelligent display screen, wherein the chassis controller obtains brake wear surplus data; the chassis controller is connected with the central control intelligent display screen; the central control intelligent display screen displays the brake wear surplus and the state data of a shoe with the minimum remaining mileage, which are sent by the chassis controller; and when the state data of the shoe with the minimum remaining mileage is lower than a preset threshold value, the central control intelligent display screen sends out alarm prompt information. Monitoring of the wear surplus of the brake shoe is achieved through the displacement simulation type abrasion sensors, wear alarming and service life prediction of the brake shoe are achieved, the wear surplus of each brake is conveyed into the EBS controller with the friction plate wear control function, and through distribution of the braking force of the EBS controller, uniform and synchronous friction of the brake shoes of each bridge is realized finally, so that the service life of the brake shoe is prolonged, and the vehicle safety is improved.

    本发明提供一种车辆制动器磨损状态监控系统及方法,包括:底盘控制器、磨损传感器以及中控智能显示屏;底盘控制器获取制动器磨损剩余量数据;底盘控制器与中控智能显示屏连接;中控智能显示屏显示底盘控制器发送的制动器磨损剩余量及剩余行驶里程最少的蹄片状态数据;当剩余行驶里程最少的蹄片状态数据低于预设阈值时,中控智能显示屏发出报警提示信息。通过位移模拟式的磨损传感器实现制动蹄片的磨损剩余量的监控,并实现磨损报警和制动蹄片寿命预测,将各制动器磨损剩余量输送含摩擦片磨损控制功能的EBS控制器内,通过EBS控制器的制动力分配,最终实现各个桥的制动蹄片摩擦均匀和同步。从而延长了制动器蹄片寿命,提升了车辆安全性。
