The invention relates to the technical field of carrying operation, and discloses a six-direction flexible adjusting method and high-precision flexible carrying equipment by aiming at the defect that when products are assembled, existing carrying equipment cannot achieve accurate alignment and positioning. A cart, a trolley and a hoisting mechanism are adopted for positioning a hoisted material. A positioning method comprises the step of driving the hoisted material to move in the X direction of traveling of the cart, move in the Y direction of traveling of the trolley and move in the vertical Z direction. The positioning method further comprises the steps that the hoisted material is made to generate X-axis deflection movement rotating with the X direction as the axial direction, Y-axis deflection movement rotating with the Y direction as the axial direction and Z-axis deflection movement rotating with the Z direction as the axial direction, and a hoisting tool of the hoisted material is flexibly connected with the trolley. According to the adjusting method, the positioning precision of the hoisted material in the X direction, the Y direction and the Z direction can reach 2.5 mm or above, the deflection positioning precision in the X-axis direction, the Y-axis direction and the Z-axis direction can reach 0.1 degree or above, and the adjusting method is particularly suitable for combined loading operation of large materials in the engineering machinery industry.

    本发明涉及搬运作业技术领域,针对产品装配时现有搬运设备无法精确对准定位的缺陷,公开一种六向柔性调节方法和高精度柔性搬运设备,采用大车、小车、起升机构对吊装物料进行定位,定位方法包括带动吊装物料沿大车行走的X方向移动、沿小车行走的Y方向移动和沿竖直Z方向移动,定位方法还包括使吊装物料发生以X方向为轴向进行旋转的X轴向偏摆移动、以Y方向为轴向进行旋转的Y轴向偏摆移动和以Z方向为轴向进行旋转的Z轴向偏摆移动,吊装物料的吊具与小车柔性连接。该调节方法可实现吊装物料在X方向、Y方向、Z方向的定位精度达2.5mm以上,且在X轴向、Y轴向和Z轴向的偏摆定位精度达0.1°以上,尤其适用于工程机械行业大件物料的合装作业。
