The invention discloses a commercial vehicle driving neutral position self-learning method, and aims at the problems that after an electric power steering system of a commercial vehicle is loaded, the vehicle deviates, a steering wheel is unstable, finally, the vehicle cannot go straight or is snakelike left and right, and the driver always manually corrects and resets the steering wheel for a long time, and driving fatigue is generated. Whether the vehicle deviates or not is judged by detecting the steering wheel turning angle, the vehicle speed, the steering wheel torque and the torque duration time in the vehicle running process, and the neutral position of the steering wheel turning angle is adjusted in real time after it is judged that the vehicle deviates indeed. Therefore, the EPS does not generate redundant steering wheel aligning torque due to changes before and after the load of the vehicle, and the loaded vehicle does not deviate due to the load, so that the driving burden of the driver and vehicle safety accidents caused by the deviation of the vehicle can be obviously reduced, and the driving hand feeling is also improved.

    本发明公开了一种商用车驾驶中位自学习的方法,是针对商用车电动助力转向系统载重之后车辆跑偏方向盘会发生不稳定的现象最终导致车辆不能直行或者左右蛇形的情况以及长期如此导致驾驶员因始终手动校正复位方向盘而产生驾驶疲劳的问题,本发明通过检测汽车行驶过程中的方向盘转角、车速、方向盘扭矩、扭矩持续时间来判定车辆是否产生跑偏现象,判定确实产生跑偏现象后实时调整方向盘转角的中位位置,进而使得EPS不会因为车辆载重前后的变化而产生多余的方向盘回正扭矩,进而使得载重后的汽车不再因载重而产生跑偏现象,因此,本发明可以明显减轻驾驶员的驾驶负担和由于车辆跑偏而带来的车辆安全事故,同时也改善了驾驶手感。
