The anti-collision magnetic suspension automobile seat comprises a vertical magnetic suspension structure, a horizontal anti-collision structure, a front-back moving and positioning locking structure and the like. The magnetic suspension structure comprises upper and lower array-shaped fixed permanent magnets, the upper array-shaped fixed permanent magnets are magnetized in the vertical direction, the lower array-shaped fixed permanent magnets are magnetized in the homopolar relative horizontal direction, and the upper array-shaped fixed permanent magnets are nested in the lower array-shaped fixed permanent magnets, so that the bearing of the magnetic suspension automobile seat is realized, and the riding comfort is guaranteed; the anti-collision structure is distributed on the front side of the magnetic suspension structure on the seat and is symmetrically mounted; a driving force generated by a linear motor achieves front-back position adjustment of a magnetic suspension structure on the seat and a passenger. The positioning locking structure comprises a plurality of pairs of coils and permanent magnets which are arranged on the left side and the right side of the suspension structure on the seat respectively.
