The invention discloses an electric bicycle safety charging device which comprises a controller, a charger and a temperature sensor, the charger and the temperature sensor are in communication connection with the controller, and the controller is in communication connection with a lithium battery of an electric bicycle so as to monitor the charging state of each battery cell in the lithium battery in real time. The charger is controlled to start or stop charging the lithium battery according to the monitoring result; the charger is in communication connection with the lithium battery, monitors the overall charging state of the lithium battery in real time, and limits the charging current and the charging voltage of the lithium battery according to a monitoring result; the temperature sensor is attached to the lithium battery and used for monitoring the battery temperature of the lithium battery in real time and feeding back the battery temperature to the controller, and the controller controls the charger to stop charging the lithium battery when judging that the temperature of the lithium battery is abnormal. Starting and stopping of the charger are controlled by monitoring the charging states of the whole lithium battery and the single battery cells, charging of the battery is stopped when the temperature of the battery is abnormal, and triple protection is provided for charging safety of the battery.

    本发明公开了一种电动自行车安全充电设备,包括控制器和与控制器通讯连接的充电机、温度传感器,控制器与电动自行车的锂电池通信连接,以实时监测锂电池内部每个电芯的充电状态,并根据监测结果控制充电机开始或停止给锂电池充电;充电机和锂电池通信连接,充电机对锂电池整体的充电状态进行实时监测,并根据监测结果对锂电池的充电电流和充电电压进行限制;温度传感器贴附在锂电池上,用于实时监测锂电池的电池温度并反馈给控制器,控制器在判定锂电池温度异常时,控制充电机停止为锂电池充电。本发明通过监测锂电池整体及单体电芯的充电状态控制充电机的启停,并在电池温度异常时停止给电池充电,为电池充电安全提供了三重保护。
