The invention belongs to the technical field of medical rescue, and particularly relates to a rescue transfer system based on a mobile hospital. The rescue transfer system comprises a transfer end, a server and a traffic subsystem, wherein the transfer end is used for performing real-time navigation, calculating the time for arriving at the nearest traffic light according to a vehicle speed, a road condition and a distance between an emergency ambulance and the nearest traffic light, and sending a preparation signal to the server when the time for arriving at the nearest traffic light by the transfer end is X minutes; and the server is used for calling the current state of the corresponding traffic light from a traffic subsystem after receiving the preparation signal, generating a temporary control strategy in combination with the current state of the traffic light and the estimated arrival time of the vehicle and sending the temporary control strategy to the traffic subsystem, and the temporary control strategy comprises the duration time of each subsequent lamp and enables a driving lane to be in a green light state when the emergency ambulance arrives at the traffic light. The system can transfer the wounded to a hospital in the affected place as timely as possible.

    本发明属于医疗救援技术领域,具体涉及一种基于移动医院的救援转运系统,包括转运端、服务器和交通子系统;转运端用于进行实时导航,还用于根据车速、路况及急救车与最近红绿灯的距离计算到达最近红绿灯的时间,还用于当转运端到达最近红绿灯的时间为X分钟时,给服务器发送预备信号;服务器用于接收到预备信号后,从交通子系统调取对应红绿灯的当前状态,并结合红绿灯的当前状态及车辆预计到达时间,生成临时控制策略并发送给交通子系统,临时控制策略包括后续每种灯的持续时间,使急救车到达红绿灯时其行驶车道于绿灯状态。本系统可以尽可能的及时将伤员转运到受灾地医院。
