The invention provides an information calculation system and an information calculation method. The information calculation system includes a history acquisition unit, a first degradation calculation unit, an estimated load acquisition unit, and a second degradation calculation unit. The history acquisition unit acquires a battery load history of a secondary battery that has been used. A first degradation calculation unit calculates a first degradation state of a constituent element of a secondary battery on the basis of a battery load history and a plurality of degradation factors relating to each battery constituent element. The estimated load acquisition unit acquires estimated load information estimated as a load acting on the secondary battery when the secondary battery is used in future use. A second degradation calculation unit calculates a future second degradation state of a plurality of battery constituent elements of the secondary battery when the secondary battery is used for future use, based on the first degradation state, the estimated load information, and a plurality of degradation factors associated with each battery constituent element.
