The method is applied to an atmospheric monitoring system, the atmospheric monitoring system comprises at least two unmanned aerial vehicles, and the method comprises the steps: acquiring a three-dimensional map of a to-be-sampled area; acquiring the sampling precision of the to-be-sampled area; determining the total number of sampling points according to the three-dimensional map and the sampling precision; obtaining the total number of the unmanned aerial vehicles; planning a first path of each unmanned aerial vehicle according to the total number of the unmanned aerial vehicles and the total number of the sampling points; and sending the first path to the unmanned aerial vehicles. According to the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, cooperative work of multiple unmanned aerial vehicles can be realized through path planning, so that sampling of the sampling area is realized, and the atmospheric monitoring efficiency is improved.
