The invention provides an unmanned ship cooperative rescue method which is applied to an unmanned ship cooperative system. The unmanned ship cooperative system comprises a processor, N sheltering ships and M rescue ships; the N sheltering ships are used for providing shelters for to-be-rescued people; and the M rescue ships are used for rescuing the to-be-rescued people. The method comprises the steps that: a processor obtains rescue information of to-be-rescued people; the processor determines a rescue area of the to-be-rescued people according to the rescue information; the processor determines a rescue sub-area corresponding to each sheltering ship in the rescue area according to the position information of the to-be-rescued people in the rescue area; the processor determines a rescue route of each rescue ship in the rescue sub-area according to the position information of the to-be-rescued people in the rescue sub-area corresponding to each sheltering ship; and each rescue ship sends the to-be-rescued people to the sheltering ship in each rescue sub-area according to the rescue route of each rescue ship in each rescue sub-area, so that the rescue efficiency is improved.
