The invention provides a carbon fiber composite material automobile rear top cross beam assembly structure which consists of a rear top cross beam body, a back door left hinge reinforcing plate and a back door right hinge reinforcing plate, and the rear top cross beam body is fixedly connected with the lower end surface of an automobile body top cover; the back door left hinge reinforcing plate and the back door right hinge reinforcing plate are fixedly connected to the lower end face of the rear top beam body. The rear top beam body, the back door left hinge reinforcing plate and the back door right hinge reinforcing plate are all made of carbon fiber composite materials. The structure solves the problems that the rigidity and strength performance of a traditional rear top beam assembly of the vehicle body cannot meet the requirements, assembly is complex, rusting is prone to occurring, and the practicability and comfort of the whole vehicle are insufficient.
