According to the device, through cooperation of all accessories, wheels of a shield electric locomotive can be automatically limited when the shield electric locomotive stops, the shield electric locomotive is effectively prevented from slipping, the anti-slip iron wedge can be automatically retracted when the shield electric locomotive runs, and thus the safety of the shield electric locomotive is greatly improved.
