The invention discloses an electric vehicle intelligent charging monitoring system based on a mobile terminal, and the system comprises a charging pile host which is electrically connected with a transformer through a wire, and is electrically connected with a plurality of charging piles through the transformer, and the transformer can convert a voltage-stabilized alternating current into a low-voltage direct current, and provides the low-voltage direct current to the charging piles; the charging pile host comprises a data analysis module and an IP communication module, analyzes and integrates data detected by other modules through the data analysis module, and verifies standard data. A charging pile positioning unit is additionally designed on the charging pile, and the used charging pile is marked so that a user can intuitively observe the remaining number of the charging pile, and the vacancy charging can be quickly found; secondly, each interface in the circuit is detected through the charging pile safety detection unit in the charging pile, and the detection result is displayed on mobile equipment of the user in real time through the IP communication module in the charging pile host so that the effect of safe power utilization is enhanced.
