A main circuit of the topology 1 comprises a bidirectional AC/DC circuit, a bidirectional DC/DC circuit and a three-phase alternating-current circuit; the topology 2 and the topology 3 share the AC/DC circuit and the DC/DC circuit of the topology 1; after an inverter circuit converts direct current into three-phase alternating current, two phases of alternating current is taken as power supplies of the topology 2 and the topology 3 respectively; and when the three-phase alternating-current circuit is disconnected, the power supply in the topology 3 circuit is changed into an energy storage system, and the energy storage system supplies power to the topology 1 and the topology 2 through circuit conversion.
