The invention provides a bidirectional wave-resisting aluminum alloy tank. The bidirectional wave-resisting aluminum alloy tank comprises a horizontally-arranged tank body and a plurality of wave-resisting assemblies arranged in the tank body, the multiple wave-resisting assemblies are arranged in the axial direction of the tank body at intervals, each wave-resisting assembly comprises a positioning outer ring, a positioning inner ring and a membrane material, and the membrane material is annular; the inner edge and the outer edge of the membrane material are respectively connected with the positioning inner ring and the positioning outer ring correspondingly, the positioning outer ring is fixedly arranged on the inner wall of the tank body, at least one side of the membrane material is provided with a plurality of telescopic sleeve pieces for connecting the positioning inner ring and the positioning outer ring, one end of each telescopic sleeve piece is hinged with the positioning inner ring, and the other end of each telescopic sleeve piece is hinged with the positioning outer ring. The middle of the membrane material is supported through the telescopic sleeve piece, two-way fluctuation impact of oil liquid in the tank body is buffered according to the characteristics of the membrane material, the fluctuation impact duration of the oil liquid in the tank body is effectively shortened, the impact influence on the tank body structure and the vehicle running stability is reduced, and potential safety hazards are reduced.

    本发明所述的一种双向阻浪的铝合金罐体,包括呈卧式放置的罐体和若干个设置于所述罐体内的防波组件,若干个防波组件在所述罐体的轴向上间隔设置,防波组件包括定位外环、定位内环和膜材,膜材呈环形,且所述膜材的内外边缘分别与所述定位内环和定位外环连接,定位外环固定设置于所述罐体的内壁上,膜材的至少一侧设有若干个连接定位内环和定位外环的伸缩套件,伸缩套件的其中一端与定位内环铰接,另一端与定位外环铰接。膜材中部通过伸缩套件形成支撑,根据膜材的特性对罐体内油液双向的波动冲击进行缓冲,有效缩短油液在罐体内波动冲击的时长,减少对罐体结构及车辆行驶稳定性的冲击影响,减少安全隐患。
