The invention discloses a self-propelled pontoon pump station. The pump station comprises a catamaran, a lifting propulsion pump, an electric steering engine, a battery pack, an inverter, a controller and an external pipeline. The catamaran is a carrier of the self-propelled pontoon pump station, the lifting propulsion pump is a medium conveying device and a propulsion device of the catamaran, and the electric steering engine is a direction control device of the catamaran; and the lifting propulsion pump is vertically installed and is of an end suction type structure. The battery pack serves as a power source of the self-propelled pontoon pump station and is used for providing power for power and control, the inverter converts a direct-current power source of the battery pack into a three-phase alternating-current power source, and the controller serves as control equipment of the lifting propulsion pump and the electric steering engine. By using the lifting propulsion pump, the two problems of medium pumping and ship propulsion are solved at the same time, the submerged lifting propulsion pump can conduct automatic filling, filling equipment does not need to be additionally arranged, reliability is high, and equipment investment is reduced.
