The invention discloses a battery pack turnover platform for a battery swap station and the battery swap station. The lifting mechanism comprises a lifting sliding rail, a battery replacement battery pack supporting and lifting structure and a feed battery pack supporting and lifting structure. The feed battery pack supporting and lifting structure is arranged above the battery replacement battery pack supporting and lifting structure, and the feed battery pack supporting and lifting structure and the battery replacement battery pack supporting and lifting structure can move on the lifting sliding rail in the vertical direction. And a non-synchronous motion state and a synchronous motion state exist between the feed battery pack supporting and lifting structure and the battery replacement battery pack supporting and lifting structure. The battery pack transfer speed of the battery swap station turnover platform is higher, so that the battery pack transfer efficiency is improved, and the battery swap efficiency of the battery swap station is improved.
